At The Christmas Light Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products and valuable learning experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Digital Products
All digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials, and other digital content, are non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Services
All subscription services require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation. If cancellation is not requested within this timeframe and payment is processed, it will not be refunded.

3. SPT Wire Caddy Sales
All sales of SPT Wire Caddies are final. No refunds or returns are accepted for any reason.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges.

  • Access issues caused by errors on our part.
