After my first season running a Christmas light business, I knew something had to change.
Hiring was stressful. Training seasonal help was all over the place. And trying to grow while answering the same questions every day? It was exhausting.
That experience lit the fire.
I saw just how badly this industry needed a system—a way to get new hires trained, safe, and ready without the chaos. So for the past two off-seasons, I’ve been fully focused on building that solution.
What started as a few notes and walkthroughs has grown into The Christmas Light Academy—a role-specific training platform made for lighting companies that want to scale faster, train better, and stop starting from scratch every year.
