Your training program includes a Certificate of Completion at the very end. At the beginning of the training, employees are told they must complete all lessons and pass all quizzes before they can receive their certificate.

Once completed, they can simply screenshot or save their Certificate of Completion and text it to you as proof that they have finished the full training program.

Once you register your employee, they’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access their training and download the app.

Yes. Employees are granted access to both the English and Spanish versions of the training.

First, wait about 5 minutes and have them check their spam or junk folder. If they still haven’t received it after 15 minutes, try submitting the registration again.

At this time, the only way to request employee progress updates is by emailing us at [email protected].

To remove access for a past employee, please email [email protected]. Be sure to include the employee’s full name and any other information you may have, such as their email address or phone number, so we can locate their account quickly.
