What happens after I register a new employee?
Once you register your employee, they’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access their training and download the app.
Will my employee get access to both the English and Spanish versions?
Yes. Employees are granted access to both the English and Spanish versions of the training.
What should I do if my employee doesn’t receive the welcome email?
First, wait about 5 minutes and have them check their spam or junk folder. If they still haven’t received it after 15 minutes, try submitting the registration again.
How do I track my employee’s progress?
At this time, the only way to request employee progress updates is by emailing us atĀ [email protected].
How do I remove access for past employees?
To remove access for a past employee, please email [email protected]. Be sure to include the employee’s full name and any other information you may have, such as their email address or phone number, so we can locate their account quickly.
